The clear envelope contains a folded card (blank inside) with hand-mixed interlocking plastic brick confetti that floats around your message.

But how do you send it? That's easy to piece together:

1. Carefully remove the card and lego-like building brick confetti.
2. Set the clear envelope aside... you'll need this to mail!
3. Write your message on the front, address the back and add a longer message on the inside of the card if you wish.
4. Return your card to the envelope and pour the confetti over of your message. Be sure to keep the address side clear of confetti!
5. Last, add a stamp to the back side and toss it in the mail.
